I had never let a property before but Andy was so helpful and guided me through everything, he was so patient and helpful. All the time It was let they promptly handled any queries, repairs, problems etc., supplying quality workmen for whatever job was needed. When I decided to sell they were the obvious choice, and handled everything. They were professional, proactive but most of all friendly and the communication was exemplary. We used K M Maxfield to sell our house earlier this year. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks Covid struck. However, Maxfields supplied us with a mobile number and took details of potential buyers.
